Internally Threaded Turbine Flowmeter

FTR -1600 r internal screw turbine flowmeter, when the fluid through the sensor, in the role of the fluid, the impeller force rotation, after circuit processing, output the corresponding flow please. It is suitable for measuring liquid without impurity, can output pulse frequency signal, and can be used for detecting instantaneous flow and total accumulated flow. The signal resolution is high, the range is large, and the precision is high, generally can reach ± 1% FS, ± 0.5% FS, the high precision can reach ± 0.2% FS, which has the obvious advantages of compact mechanism, clear readout, high reliability, no interference from external power supply, lightning strike resistance and low cost.

FTR-1600R internal screw turbine flowmeter basic principle: fluid flow through the sensor shell, because the impeller blade and flow direction has a certain angle, the fluid impulse to the blade has the rotational torque, after overcoming the friction torque and the fluid resistance, the blade rotates, the speed is stable after the torque balance, under certain conditions, the speed is proportional to the flow speed, because the blade has the magnetism, it is located in the magnetic field of the signal detector (composed of magnet steel and coil) . The rotating blades cut the magnetic lines of force, periodically changing the magnetic flux of the coil, thus causing an electrical pulse to be induced at both ends of the coil, the signal is amplified and shaped by the amplifier to form a certain amplitude of continuous rectangular pulse wave, which can be transmitted to the display instrument, showing the instantaneous flow and the cumulative amount of fluid. Within a certain range of flow rate, the pulse frequency f is proportional to the instantaneous flow rate q of the fluid flowing through the sensor.
