Electronic vortex flow temperature integrated sensor

How it works

KP50B series intelligent vortex flow temperature sensor is based on the Kármán vortex principle, when the fluid bypasses a non-fluid linear object, the left and right sides of the object’s wake are paired, alternately arranged, and the opposite direction of rotation is generated. The generation of this vortex has the nature of periodic and alternating changes, and the frequency of change is proportional to the fluid velocity, which is the Kármán vortex street phenomenon, and the specific relationship is Sr = fd/V. The vortex flowmeter is a flowmeter that uses the nature of this phenomenon to determine the velocity or flow rate of the fluid by measuring the shedding frequency of the eddy current. It has the advantages of small size, easy to set, built-in intelligent circuit, can arbitrarily set the upper and lower limit of the flow alarm value, can remotely monitor the real-time flow status, and can set the full parameters arbitrarily on site.

In addition, high-precision sensors are used for temperature measurement, and the signal is converted into a standard industrial electrical signal output and displayed after being processed by the rear processing circuit, and the alarm value of the upper and lower temperature limits can be set arbitrarily, and the real-time temperature status can be remotely monitored, and the full parameters can be set arbitrarily on site.
