KP-HPWJT series clamp vortex flowmeter is based on Carmen Vortex principle research and production of measuring gas, steam flow, pressure loss is small, using a special temperature and pressure compensation technology, large range, high accuracy, the volume flow rate is almost not affected by the parameters of fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity and so on. The use of piezoelectric stress sensors, high reliability, low maintenance, IP68 protection grade, suitable for installation in any outdoor piping system. There are analog standard signals, but also digital pulse signal output, easy to use with the computer and other digital systems.

Performance Features

The basic principle of the KP-HPWJT series temperature-pressure compensated vortex flowmeter is the Carmen vortex phenomenon. When the medium flows through the vortex generator of a triangular cylinder at a certain speed, two alternating rows of vortices are formed on its two sides, the vortex is called the Kármán Vortex Street. Strouhal built on the Carmen vortex theory by suggesting that the frequency of the Carmen vortex is proportional to the velocity of the fluid.

Using double bluff body vortex flow sensor technology, differential double piezoelectric sensor technology, wide range, low flow limit, strong anti-interference ability, accurate and reliable measurement.
Use of micro-power consumption and high-tech, with both internal and external power supply can work, internal battery can be used for more than five years .
LCD display of instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate for clear and intuitive display and convenient reading.
Compared with the screw-type flowmeter, the pressure loss is smaller, suitable for the use of lower pressure occasions.

The wireless data transmission of GPRS can be realized through RS485 interface and data collector, which is reliable and convenient for automatic management.
