Introduce/Introduce
KIEL PLANCK impeller flow sensors are ideal for measuring industrial process fluids in a wide range of applications, including municipal water supply, pure and reclaimed water treatment systems, industrial cooling water systems, and a variety of industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and paper. In combination with a multi-function flow meter, the impeller flow sensor enables the precise measurement of linear velocity and bulk velocity parameters of industrial fluids for the metering, accumulation and control of fluids.

02 Magnetic induction circuit, signal detection amplifier
The stainless steel housing has an integrated magnetic induction circuit and contains permanent magnet and Hall components.
Function: Capture the electrical signal generated by the rotation of the impeller, amplify, shape and filter the signal, and then output it into flow data that can be used for display or further processing.
03 Main Case
Material: Made of non-magnetic stainless steel to ensure the durability and corrosion resistance of the equipment.
Function: Directly connected with the pipeline to form a closed system, withstand internal pressure, maintain the integrity and safety of the flow meter components.
04 Bearings
Material: Made of high-strength materials to ensure the wear resistance and bending resistance of the bearing.
Function: Support the impeller to ensure its smooth rotation to ensure the operational efficiency and measurement accuracy of the entire flow meter.
05 Impeller
Embedded with strong magnetic devices, the impeller type flowmeter detects the flow rate of the fluid through the rotation of the impeller, the impeller is installed in the pipeline, the impeller is driven by the fluid impact to rotate, and the flow of the fluid is driven, and its rotation speed is proportional to the flow rate of the fluid. Impeller-type flowmeters use this principle to calculate the flow rate of a fluid by measuring the rotational speed of the impeller. In addition, the magnetic induction and electrical signal conversion processes ensure the accuracy of the measurement and the stable transmission of the signal.
