Tuning fork level switch

How it works
The natural frequency of the piezoelectric crystal and the tuning fork is used to drive the tuning fork rod and signal feedback, so that the tuning fork rod resonates, and when the material level touches the tuning fork rod, the frequency signal fed back by the tuning fork rod is converted into the output of a contact signal when the circuit detects that the frequency of this signal decreases. The damping effect generated by the DUT when it is wrapped around the tuning fork rod reduces the vibration frequency of the tuning fork rod and outputs a switching signal, so there is no signal amplification circuit inside, which can avoid the trouble of having to adjust the sensitivity from time to time due to the change of material properties. When the tuning fork switch is used for low alarm (or low control) purposes, the medium in the container is discharged downward through the tuning fork, and when it is lower than the specific position of the tuning fork, it causes a change in the natural frequency, which is detected by the electronic components to switch the output state; When used for high-level alarm (or high-level control) purposes, the medium inside the container rises and comes into contact with the tuning fork body, causing a change in the natural frequency and switching to the output state.
