Flange-type tuning fork level switch

KP-SNF100 flanged tuning fork level switch is to measure the height of the object through the vibration principle. When it is damped by the material, the amplitude decreases sharply and the frequency and phase change obviously. These changes will be detected by the internal electronic circuit, and converted to switch signal output after processing. Not affected by foam, eddy current, gas, strong applicability, corrosion resistance, optional with display function, suitable for all kinds of silo solid material level and a variety of containers in the fixed point alarm or control.

Performance characteristics:
The KP-SNF100 flanged tuning fork level switch makes the tuning fork vibrate at a certain resonant frequency through a pair of piezoelectric crystals mounted on the base of the tuning fork. When it is damped by the material, the amplitude decreases sharply and the frequency and phase change obviously. These changes will be detected by the internal electronic circuit and converted into switching signal output after processing.
