Hygienic intelligent temperature transmitter

In the process of industrial production, temperature is one of the important parameters to be measured and controlled. KP-T300 health intelligent temperature transmitter, it has high precision, a wide range of measurement, imported platinum resistance components, reliable and stable performance and many other advantages, the product uses chuck connection, disassembly, easy cleaning, surface roughness Ra≤0.4μm, in line with the requirements of food hygiene grade.

Performance Features

The principle of the product:
KP-T300 sanitary intelligent temperature transmitter is composed of reference unit, R/V conversion unit, linear circuit, reverse protection, current limiting protection, V/I conversion unit, etc. After the amplification of the thermal resistance signal, the nonlinear relationship between temperature and resistance is compensated by a linear circuit. After the V/I conversion circuit, a constant current signal of 4 ~ 20mA with a linear relationship with the measured temperature is output. Thermal resistance transmitter is a kind of temperature detector commonly used in middle and low temperature region.

Application field:
KP-T300 sanitary intelligent temperature transmitter is often used to measure food, beverage, pharmaceutical, brewing equipment, pipeline gas or liquid temperature and solid surface temperature.
