KP-TS150 series universal thermal flow switch is designed with thermal diffusion technology, according to the size of the thermal diffusion to detect the size of the flow rate, when the liquid flow rate exceeds the user’s set value, the relay action to achieve the detection and control of the flow rate. KP-TS150 series universal thermal flow switch adopts fully enclosed design, waterproof and moisture-proof, and has undergone special treatment at the probe, which completely solves the problem of probe corrosion and scaling in the environment of poor water quality of general flow switch. KP-TS150 series universal thermal flow switch does not need to be adjusted frequently after the action point is set, so it does not need to be maintained frequently in actual use, and will not affect normal production, it is a very versatile flow switch, which can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, water treatment, metallurgy, papermaking, shipbuilding and boiler and other industries of pipeline flow detection.

How it works

The thermal flow switch is designed based on the principle of heat exchange, the probe has a built-in heating module and a heat sensing module, the heat conduction of the flow switch is closely related to the flow rate of the measured medium, if there is no medium flow in the pipeline, the heat received by the heat sensing module is a fixed value, when the fluid medium flows through the metal probe, the heat received by the heat sensing module changes with the flow velocity of the medium, the thermal sensing module converts the temperature difference signal into an electrical signal, and the processor controls the action and return of the relay by comparing with the set point. Output relay contact signal.
